CAN LEWIS HAMILTON WIN THE HUNGARY FORMULA ONE GRAND PRIX?

Lewis Hamilton  has had somewhat of an an hectic practice sessions for today's Grand Prix, what with him having an high impact side on collision with the tyre barrier during Practice session 2.  His Qualifying sessions in Q 2 and 3  were also eventful, with him nearly missing qualifying in P2, and, due to a mishap Alonso had in Q3, resulting in Hamilton having to ease up on the pedal in response to the double yellow flags, missing out on Pole, which was eagerly and understandably seized upon by his team mate and rival, Nico Rosberg.

So, you could argue that Lewis has been the victim of his own error and by misfortune during both the practice sessions and qualifying.

And now we await the Grand Prix today, and the question on many of our minds is whether or not Lewis Hamilton can step up to the mark and win this race.  The answer, unequivocally, is, 'yes, he can.'

All that Lewis needs to win this race, is to drive expertly, which he can certainly do, and hope that the gods do not afflict him, directly, or indirectly through the misfortune of any of the other drivers, with what we have come to call bad luck.

Lewis is a brilliant and still evolving driver, blessed with a great car and a great Formula One team, in the form of Mercedes, so he does have the edge, reinforced by 3 Formula One championships. So providing his he and his team get make the right calls regarding their racing strategy,  he is well setup to claim this win.

Good luck, Lewis; but the spoils will still belong to the best driving, complemented by the right strategy and mixture of good fortune.
