BRITAIN'S BREXIT TRAGEDY - PRIME MINISTER THERESA MAY MORE EMPEROR NERO THAN BOUDICA !!PART 4.

Of course, in the 'age of My country First', citing the need to work with other nations to achieve and maintain the 'best interest of the collectivity or union.' No longer, it seems, carries the weight it should still command.

However, neither does Mrs May's position truly reflects 'the will of the British people per se.'

It is a spurious 'democracy' which would argue that, you simply disregard the views and 'will' of 48 per cent of the British people.

And forge ahead with excising the United Kingdom from the European Union and most of Europe.

That might represents 'democracy' for the 52 per cent who voted to leave the EU, but it represents compulsion and coercion for the 48 per cent who wanted to remain.

When 'democracy' and/or the apparently sanctified 'Will of People', results in a situation where, by a small margin.

Just over 50 per cent of the voting electorate vote in favour of an objective which 48 per percent of the electorate believes to be a suicidal, if not homicidal one?

Is it not too much to expect that the latter should simply 'willingly and submissively' resign themselves to such a terrible and pointless fate?

That they should suffer and, even if figuratively, die, so that the deified 'WoP' can come to pass?

So, there is no glory to be had for Prime Minister May, in taking Britain out of the European Union.

There is nothing to commend a course of action which is about nations going their separate ways.

To be continued!
