A person is a reflection of their culture, of what they believe and how they live their lives. A bridge between the past and the future, between time and space and needs to try to keep them in harmony, less they become unbalanced. Not to be aware of the past and give it due consideration in the building of the future can distort the future. Neither is it wise to sacrifice your future because you choose to live in or as if you are in the past. One World One Human Race One Destiny (OWOHROD)

JUST PHILOSOPHISING - ON WHAT GOD HAS TO DO WITH IT, WITH ANYTHING? PART 1.
So, yes, what has God, or, if you are a polytheist, the Gods, has and have to do with it?
Being the thinker and logician you are, you will most probably be thinking, '.. with it , or anything what?'
Well, if you are, I am referring to religion. So, the full question is this: 'What has God or the Gods have to do with he concept and practice of 'religion; all theistic religions, that is?'
And I suspect that, unless we are conceiving of God or the Gods as having transformed themselves into the form of humans, as opposed to humans having transformed themselves into deified forms of the Gods.
Then, the answer, it seems to me, is that God or the Gods have nothing to do with the religions which men, which humans have conceived and practice.
Absolutely nothing. The religions of men, I would argue, are the conceptions and appropriations of men.
Men who have imagined and hypothesised and placed their respective Gods at the centre of these religions and developed their religions around their conceptions.
Now, you might be thinking, if you do not already know this to be the case, that I am not a believer in a sentient God or Gods, unless you are speaking of man as God.
And you would be right in thinking that, I, unlike the band in the BBC's Radio 4's this Sunday Morning Service, proclaiming that "I am a believer in God; he is as real to me as..."
Simply do not believe in Sentient gods or God. Yes, like you, I do believe in my parents, because I have seen and know them.
And we do not need to believe in people we know to be as real as ourselves, because they are real and can be accessed and experienced through our ordinary senses.
