JUST A THOUGHT - ON HOW DEALING WITH DRUGS, KNIFE AND GUN CRIMES, IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERYBODY, AND NOT JUST A 'LAW ENFORCEMENT PROBLEM.' PART 3.

So, it not simply a matter of the increasing, but still comparatively small number of Britons being violently murdered each year.

Especially when we also consider the fact that 'domestic violence', as opposed to 'gang and drugs related violence', is also a major concern in Britain and other countries.

There are other factors which are at play and are probably more significant than the relatively small number but all tragic deaths.

Particularly when it is the avoidable death of promising young people who had the potential to make a positive difference to society.

What really matters, is the political, societal and economic impact, present and future. Of rising number of people, both young and old, being murdered each day, month and year, in Britain.

As well as in other parts of the world, where these kinds of crimes are even more prevalent.

The politics of the murders' which are taking place in Britain, and, in particular, in its metropolitan Capital of London, is complex.

Because, overtly or covertly, its message is coated or disguised in what it openly says, as well as what it implies.

About the victims, about the perpetrators, about the impact of the violence on other Londoners and the rest of the country.

And about what its says and implies about the demographics of the capital, and Britain's position and example as a multicultural nation.

About how the different ethnic communities are interfacing, interacting and getting on or not getting on with one another.

It is about what each of them has brought to the 'melting pot', the confluence of people of different ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds, or sub-backgrounds, living in a 'multi--cultural society.'

To be continued!
