JUST A THOUGHT - ON 'THE CONSCIENTIOUS BLACK MAN'S BURDEN'! PART 5.

Do take a kind of 'collective responsibility or guilt' for the offences carried out by a minority from their communities. The minority who do not give a damn.

Who, so it appears, only care about themselves, and are not concern with any sense of collective responsibility.

Who are devoid of any pride in themselves, or in the people who consider them as belonging to the category of people who are, collectively, seen as and/or perceive themselves to be black.

It is part of the collective burden of the conscientious black to feel embarrassed when they perceive other black people or individuals behaving badly.

Showing up black people, and doing negative and destructive, unjust things which can only serve to reinforce negative stereotypes about black people.

Doing or failing to do things which 'proves the white man's' negative image of the black man; of black people.

To be continued!
