HUNGARIAN GRAND PRIX QUALIFYING - VERSTAPPEN AND RED BULL MASTERED POLE! THE END...

And it now appears that Team Red Bull might have been able to sufficient reduce the performance, consistency and reliability deficits between them and Team Mercedes.

Thereby providing both teams and their racers with 'a leveller racing field' on which to go racing head to head.

This, along with Team Ferrari's advances in their cars, albeit probably too often offset by errors from their racers, should, other things being equal, make for more competitive and exciting qualifying and racing.

Without the need for the intervention of the gods and hostile weather conditions to disrupt the predictability of the probable outcomes of most of the races.

Returning to today's race. The indications are that there are the ingredients for a very exciting and fiercely fought race.

With the first challenge being that of the 3 Podiumites, Max, Bottas and Lewis, being able to successfully launch themselves off the Starting Grid and making it beyond the first corner.

If they make it safely, then we should be in for a great race, other things being equal.

If any of them fail to do so, then there should still be an exciting race, as it provides the opportunity for the less formidable teams and drivers to display their racing skills, strategies and tactics

I cannot wait to see it; can you?

Now, let the Hungarian Grand Prix begin, so that we can see which of the drivers, by their and their teams own merits and competence, and not being burdened by the mischievous ways of the gods.

Shall be the first, second and third to pass the checkered flag and ascend the Podium at the end of the race.
